All of Stewart's Wild Game butchering facilities are temperature monitored. This provides an environment for less bacterial growth and keeps your meat fresh. All meat is vacuum sealed to preserve the flavor and keeps the product fresh for a longer amount of time. We provide free one-on-one consultation to ensure that every order meets the customer's needs and expectations.
Our goal is to help every customer enjoy their harvest with the freshest and best tasting sausage and boudin possible. We manufacture all deer sausage with 50% deer and 50% pork to provide optimum flavor. With many years of experience, we have concluded that the 50/50 mixture makes the best tasting sausage.
